About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Remote Civil Infrastructure Lead to spearhead major infrastructure development projects across South Africa. This role is pivotal in guiding the technical direction, project execution, and stakeholder management for a portfolio of critical civil engineering initiatives, all managed from a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for the planning and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Oversee the development of comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, risk assessment, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) registration with ECSA is mandatory.
• A minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in civil infrastructure project management and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing remote teams and utilizing digital collaboration tools effectively.
• In-depth understanding of infrastructure development lifecycles, regulatory frameworks, and best practices.
