A premier telematics and financial services company is seeking an experienced Dealer & Broker Sales Manager to direct commercial operations across the Western Cape. Reporting directly to the Regional Head, the successful candidate will lead dealer and broker sales teams, drive strategic market expansion, and establish sustainable brand dominance. This position demands a commercially minded leader capable of managing operational budgets, building executive partnerships, and achieving sustained performance across vehicle dealerships, underwriting agencies, and broker networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct, mentor, and elevate a regional team of Dealer and Broker Consultants to maximise productivity and target achievement.
• Implement commercial sales strategies designed to expand market presence and secure long-term profitability.
• Oversee key channel relationships across vehicle dealerships, insurance brokers, and underwriting partners.
• Take end-to-end accountability for hitting monthly and annual revenue and sales performance benchmarks.
• Manage and control the regional operational budget to optimise resource allocation and cost efficiency.
• Drive marketing, promotional activities, and campaign execution across broker and dealership networks.
• Build and sustain relationships with strategic regional industry stakeholders and representative bodies.
• Collaborate closely with regional customer service management to ensure client retention and operational cohesion.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related commercial discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales management experience, specifically leading diverse sales teams.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving business growth, expanding sales volumes, and driving long-term profitability.
• Functional operational background within the insurance and/ or automotive dealership sectors.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong strategic insight, analytical capacity, and sound commercial acumen.
• Consultative leadership approach paired with high emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA), Management Development Programme (MDP), or an equivalent executive leadership qualification.

Required Software Skills:

• CRM and Sales Management Software (e.g., Salesforce, DealerNet, or internal reporting systems)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Group Provident Fund plan
• 22 working days annual leave allocation
• Working Hours: Standard commercial office hours, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for local travel, client engagement, and industry events.
