About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and innovative Music Producer to join their remote-first Arts & Entertainment team. You will be responsible for overseeing the creative and technical aspects of music recording, mixing, and mastering for a diverse range of projects. This role requires a deep understanding of audio engineering principles, music theory, and modern production techniques to craft compelling sonic experiences. You will collaborate closely with artists, songwriters, and engineers to bring musical visions to life, contributing to the creation of high-quality audio content from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recording sessions, providing artistic direction and technical guidance to musicians and vocalists.
• Mix and master audio tracks to professional standards, ensuring clarity, balance, and impact across various playback systems.
• Collaborate with artists to develop creative concepts, arrangements, and sonic landscapes for their music.
• Operate and maintain professional audio recording equipment and digital audio workstations (DAWs).
• Stay current with advancements in audio technology, production techniques, and music industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Music Producer or Audio Engineer with a strong portfolio of produced works.
• Proficiency with industry-standard DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Ableton Live, Logic Pro) and audio plugins.
• Deep understanding of music theory, arrangement, mixing, and mastering techniques.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, essential for remote work.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
