Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global operational strategies to achieve organizational objectives and enhance market competitiveness.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 8 years in a global leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, international operations and supply chains in a remote-first environment.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, global expansion, and operational risk management.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large global budgets and P&L.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-cultural management skills are essential.
