About the Role

Our client, a specialist recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a focus on the Finance sector to join their team in Paarl . This role is integral to connecting top financial talent with leading companies across the Western Cape. You will manage the entire recruitment process for finance professionals, from sourcing and screening to candidate placement and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients within the finance sector, understanding their recruitment needs and market dynamics.

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber finance professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, with a specialization in the Finance sector.
