About the Role

Operating entirely remotely, you will audit processes, analyze quality data, and develop strategies to ensure consistent product excellence. This role is pivotal in maintaining customer trust and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is meticulous, possesses a deep understanding of quality management systems, and can effectively implement and monitor quality initiatives from a distance, fostering a company-wide commitment to superior quality in every product.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits of manufacturing processes and documentation to ensure compliance.
• Analyze quality control data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to address systemic issues.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and regulatory teams to resolve quality-related problems.
• Monitor customer feedback and complaints related to product quality and initiate investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing context.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality control methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
