Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the logistics, transport, and supply chain sectors.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles such as supply chain managers, logistics coordinators, warehouse supervisors, and procurement officers.
- Understand the operational requirements and challenges within the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective placements.
- Build and grow a strong network of supply chain and logistics professionals in the Northern Cape.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a specialization in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for operational and management roles within these fields.
- Good understanding of supply chain principles, warehouse management, and transportation networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
