About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assess organizational culture, structure, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement programs for talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and team-building activities.
• Develop and execute interventions to improve organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
• Advise leadership on best practices for organizational design and talent strategy in Mahikeng.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, HR consulting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing OD interventions, such as culture change or leadership programs.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, psychology, and human resource principles.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
