Job Overview

The Supply Chain Manager will lead end‑to‑end logistics, procurement, and inventory management for Ceres Fruit Juice’s Bloemfontein hub. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with corporate goals and market demands.
• Manage relationships with fruit growers, packaging suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Oversee inventory control, demand forecasting, and production planning to minimize waste and stockouts.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of planners, analysts, and warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rate, lead time, and cost per unit, and report findings to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, customs requirements, and sustainability standards throughout the supply chain.
• Identify and implement technology solutions, including ERP and warehouse management systems, to enhance visibility and efficiency.

Education
