About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Operations Process Improvement Specialist to join their team in Polokwane . This role is responsible for identifying inefficiencies, developing solutions, and implementing process improvements across various operational functions. You will work closely with department heads and team members to analyze current workflows, recommend changes, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing operational processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop, design, and implement innovative process improvements and best practices across departments.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and propose sustainable solutions.
• Create process documentation, flowcharts, and training materials for new procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process changes.
• Monitor and measure the impact of implemented improvements, reporting on key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operations analysis, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience working in a dynamic environment, preferably within the Polokwane business landscape.
