About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural solutions for various healthcare facilities , ensuring compliance with specific sector standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff and stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into design requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and documentation using architectural software.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines (MEP, structural) and specialist healthcare consultants.
• Ensure designs adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, building codes, and accessibility standards.
• Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and site supervision for healthcare projects in Sandton .

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience in designing healthcare projects (hospitals, clinics, medical centers).
• Knowledge of healthcare-specific design principles, materials, and technology.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in BIM for complex projects.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and infection control principles in design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
