Recruiter - Sales Contact Center

We’re looking for an energetic, confident and results-driven Recruiter for our Sales Contact Center to join our team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced recruitment role where you’ll source, headhunt, screen and interview quality candidates while building a strong pipeline of sales talent for our high-performance contact center.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Proactively source and headhunt sales talent for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Use LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, job portals, databases, referrals and other sourcing channels to find quality candidates.
• Create and post engaging job adverts across relevant platforms.
• Screen CVs and conduct telephonic, virtual and face-to-face interviews.
• Assess candidates’ sales experience, communication skills, confidence, attitude, resilience and suitability for a target-driven sales environment.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and conduct reference and background checks.
• Build and maintain a strong sales talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain professional candidate communication and accurate recruitment records, interview notes and system updates.
• Support high-volume and bulk recruitment campaigns.
• Track applications, screenings, interviews, assessments and placements for recruitment reporting.
• Deliver against agreed recruitment targets, quality standards and turnaround times.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience while promoting the company as an employer of choice.
• Stay current with recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, social media platforms, best practices and relevant South African employment legislation.
• Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in line with company processes and fair recruitment practices.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We need more than a CV screener. We’re looking for someone who enjoys the hunt, confidently picks up the phone, asks the right questions and knows how to spot sales potential.

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4).
• 2–3 years’ proven recruitment experience, preferably within a sales contact center, call center or BPO environment.
• Experience recruiting for sales or other target-driven roles.
• Strong headhunting, sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn, social media, job portals and candidate databases.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Strong judgement and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organization, recruitment administration and record management.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.
• Experience with HR/recruitment systems; BambooHR is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of relevant employment legislation and recruitment practices.
