About the Role

Our client is seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Copywriter to join their vibrant marketing team in Polokwane . You will be instrumental in shaping the brand's voice and ensuring consistency in all communications, from website copy and ad campaigns to social media posts and marketing collateral. Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and persuasive copy for a wide range of marketing materials, including website content, advertisements, brochures, email campaigns, and social media.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to understand project objectives and translate them into effective written content.
• Ensure all copy aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and style guidelines.
• Conduct research to understand target audiences and industry trends to inform copy creation.
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and grammatical correctness.
• Contribute to content strategy development and brainstorm new creative concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing team.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of compelling and effective copy.
• Excellent understanding of marketing principles and how copy influences consumer behavior.
• Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
