About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking educational provider based in Sandton , is seeking a dynamic Digital Learning Facilitator to guide and support students in their online learning journeys. You will be responsible for engaging students in virtual classrooms, providing technical and academic support, and ensuring a positive and effective online learning experience. This role requires a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, dedicated to fostering student success in a digital environment, and contributing to the institution's innovative approach to online education.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate online classes, webinars, and discussion forums, ensuring active student participation and engagement.
• Provide technical assistance to students and instructors regarding the learning management system (LMS) and other digital tools.
• Offer academic support and guidance to students, helping them navigate course materials and assignments.
• Monitor student progress and engagement, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers and instructors to refine online course content and delivery methods.
• Provide feedback on the effectiveness of digital learning tools and platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in facilitating online learning or providing technical support in an educational context.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas) and virtual classroom software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of online pedagogy and student engagement strategies.
