About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and empathetic Insurance Claims Handler to manage and process claims efficiently for their clients in Soweto. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, register, and acknowledge insurance claims promptly.


• Investigate claims by gathering relevant information, documentation, and evidence.


• Assess the validity of claims against policy terms and conditions.


• Communicate claim status, decisions, and settlement offers clearly to policyholders.


• Process claims payments and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Requirements
