Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract top engineering talent, including mechanical, civil, electrical, and chemical engineers, for diverse client projects.
• Conduct detailed technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineering firms and hiring managers, understanding their project needs and company culture.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from initial brief to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and salary benchmarks within the engineering sector.
• Proactively engage with professional engineering networks and platforms to build a robust candidate pipeline.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a specific focus or strong interest in the engineering field.
• Solid understanding of various engineering disciplines, technical roles, and industry requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to source technical candidates through specialized channels and professional networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with technical professionals.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• A results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality placements.
