About the Role

Our client is seeking an exceptional Remote Lead Blockchain Architect to spearhead the design and development of their next-generation decentralized platforms. This is a pivotal, fully remote leadership role where you will define the technical vision, strategy, and architecture for our blockchain initiatives. You will guide a team of talented engineers, foster innovation, and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of blockchain technologies, distributed systems, and enterprise-level architecture, combined with strong leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall technical strategy and architectural roadmap for blockchain initiatives.
• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance blockchain solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of core blockchain infrastructure, including consensus mechanisms and network protocols.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of blockchain engineers and developers.
• Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
• Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and design, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to blockchain technology and distributed ledger systems.
• Expertise in various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot) and associated protocols.
• Proven experience architecting complex, enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and network security principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field is highly preferred.
