About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Childcare Coordinator & Development Facilitator to manage and enhance childcare services in Pretoria . This position involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating staff, developing and implementing engaging programs, and ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for all children. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive learning atmosphere that supports the holistic development of each child. The successful candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and liaise with parents and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate and support a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate creative and age-appropriate child development programs and activities.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations within the childcare facility.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education , Child Psychology, or a related management field.
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role within a childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development theories and practical application.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
