Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for technology roles, including software developers, data scientists, IT project managers, and cybersecurity experts.
• Source candidates using advanced search techniques across various platforms, including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech job boards.
• Conduct in-depth technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals and relationships with key technology companies.
• Advise clients on market trends, salary expectations, and effective recruitment strategies for tech roles.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a significant specialization in placing candidates within the technology sector.
• Proven ability to recruit for a variety of IT roles and understand technical requirements.
• Excellent understanding of the South African tech market and its talent pools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is a plus.
