VoIP Systems Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain VoIP platforms (e.g., Asterisk, Cisco Call Manager, FreeSWITCH).
• Monitor VoIP system performance, troubleshoot call quality issues, and resolve network connectivity problems.
• Manage user accounts, extensions, voicemail, and call routing configurations.
• Implement security measures to protect the VoIP infrastructure from unauthorized access and threats.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing and supporting VoIP systems .
• Strong knowledge fo SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, and related voice protocols.
• Experience with PBX administration and telephony hardware.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting and diagnostic tools.
