E-commerce Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
• Manage and update product information, pricing, and imagery on the e-commerce website to ensure accuracy and appeal.
• Support the creation and scheduling of social media content and email newsletters.
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools and assist in generating performance reports.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing-related activities.
• Provide general support to the e-commerce and marketing teams as needed, including customer service inquiries related to promotions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or e-commerce, internships included.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
