Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of clients and roles, from senior to specialist positions.
• Implement advanced and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier passive and active candidates.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and provide expert market insights and consultancy to clients.
• Build and maintain exceptional, long-lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and delivery.
• Achieve and consistently exceed recruitment targets and KPIs in a remote setting.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders using digital communication tools.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in recruitment consultancy , with a strong track record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and complex search assignments autonomously.
• Excellent understanding of various industry sectors and talent markets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, adapted for remote interaction.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools, CRM systems, and digital recruitment platforms.
