About the Role

Our client, a dynamic online retailer, is seeking a talented and creative Social Media & Content Creator to join their team in Rustenburg . You will be responsible for generating engaging content across various social media platforms, driving brand awareness, and fostering community engagement for our client's growing e-commerce business. Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, create, and publish original, high-quality content (including images, videos, graphics, and written posts) for social media channels.
• Develop and execute a social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, relevant news, and opportunities for engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community environment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports on engagement, reach, and traffic.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, with a portfolio of engaging social media content.
• Excellent visual and written communication skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling.
• Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing software.
• Deep understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and their respective audiences.
• Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and consumer behavior online.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
