Management Consultant - Business Process Improvement

About the Role

Our client is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Management Consultant to focus on Business Process Improvement within their practice in Klerksdorp . This role is crucial for helping clients streamline their operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency. You will work hands-on with client teams to map existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and design optimized workflows. The successful candidate will possess a strong aptitude for problem-solving and a methodical approach to achieving tangible improvements in business performance, contributing to operational excellence for businesses in the North West region.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for cost savings within client operations.
• Develop and document optimized process flows and standard operating procedures.
• Implement process improvements and manage the associated change initiatives.
• Measure and report on the impact of implemented process changes against defined KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with client teams to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of new processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, operational consulting, or a similar role.
• Certified Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for effective client engagement in Klerksdorp .
• Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment.
