Key Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct dispute resolution processes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
• Analyze complex legal issues and develop effective case strategies.
• Draft legal pleadings, applications, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in court, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare advisory opinions.
• Negotiate settlements and advise clients on risk management.

Requirements

• Admitted attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in dispute resolution or litigation.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and relevant substantive law.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases and achieve favorable outcomes.
