Remote Event Planner

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and creative Remote Event Planner to join their virtual events team. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of a variety of online events, including webinars, virtual conferences, and online team-building activities. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proven ability to manage complex projects in a digital space. This role is crucial for delivering engaging and successful virtual experiences for our client's global audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of virtual events , ensuring seamless delivery.
• Liaise with stakeholders to define event objectives, themes, and target audiences.
• Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, and scheduling for all online components.
• Coordinate with technical teams for platform setup, audiovisual requirements, and troubleshooting.
• Develop event marketing and communication plans to drive attendance and engagement.
• Analyze post-event data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning , specifically with virtual or online events.
• Proficiency with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, Cvent).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities in a remote setting.
