About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join their fully remote security team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and disseminating actionable threat intelligence to help protect the organization from evolving cyber threats. You will monitor various sources, identify emerging trends and attack methodologies, and provide crucial insights to inform security strategies and defensive measures. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze open-source, dark web, and commercial threat intelligence feeds.
• Identify, assess, and report on emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and threat actors relevant to the organization.
• Develop and maintain threat models and actor profiles.
• Produce timely and actionable intelligence reports for various stakeholders, including security operations and leadership.
• Collaborate with security teams to integrate threat intelligence into defensive strategies and security tools.
• Conduct proactive research into specific threat campaigns and malware families.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence , security analysis, or a related cybersecurity role.
• Strong understanding of geopolitical factors influencing cyber threats and attacker motivations.
• Experience with threat intelligence platforms and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent research, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with malware analysis, reverse engineering, and digital forensics is a plus.
