About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and board-certified Dermatologist to join their well-established medical practice in Richards Bay. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide spectrum of skin conditions, from common ailments to complex dermatological diseases, providing comprehensive medical and cosmetic care. This role requires a compassionate physician with excellent diagnostic skills, a commitment to patient education, and the ability to perform various dermatological procedures. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes in a state-of-the-art facility, serving the Richards Bay community with expert dermatological services.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a variety of skin, hair, and nail conditions using advanced medical knowledge.
• Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and laser treatments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, including medication prescriptions and lifestyle recommendations.
• Educate patients on preventative skincare and disease management.
• Stay current with the latest advancements and research in dermatology through continuous medical education.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of an accredited Dermatology residency program.
• Board certification in Dermatology.
• A valid medical license to practice in South Africa.
• Strong clinical skills and experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology.
• Excellent patient communication, empathy, and diagnostic abilities.
