Our client, a reputable property services firm located in East London , is seeking a qualified and diligent Property Valuer specializing in residential properties. This role involves conducting thorough property inspections, market analysis, and preparing accurate valuation reports for a variety of purposes, including sales, financing, and insurance. You will play a vital role in assessing property values within the Eastern Cape region, ensuring compliance with professional standards and client requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong analytical skills, and has a comprehensive understanding of the residential property market in East London and its environs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties to assess their condition, features, and market value.
- Research and analyze comparable sales data, market trends, and economic factors influencing property values.
- Prepare comprehensive and professional residential property valuation reports .
- Communicate valuation findings clearly and effectively to clients, including financial institutions and private individuals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of valuation methodologies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- A relevant qualification in Property Studies, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Professional registration with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP).
- Proven experience in residential property valuation .

- Excellent report-writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
