About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the estate's accommodation, tasting room, and restaurant, ensuring high standards of service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and drive revenue across all hospitality divisions.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Oversee inventory management for wine, food, and beverages, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost control.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events that attract visitors to the estate.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably with a background in wine estates, luxury hotels, or high-end restaurants.
- Proven experience in managing accommodation, food & beverage, and tasting room operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
