Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles including engineering, operations, and skilled trades.

- Partner with clients to understand their technical requirements, team dynamics, and organizational culture.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Stay informed about technical industry trends and skill demands relevant to the KwaZulu-Natal market.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Proven ability to source candidates for roles in engineering, manufacturing, or similar technical fields.
- Strong understanding of technical terminology and skill sets relevant to the industry.
- Excellent candidate engagement and communication skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
