About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive experience.

• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain employee records and HR information systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong understanding of South African labour laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
