About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and energetic Recreation Center Manager to oversee the operations of a bustling community recreation facility in George . This role involves a hybrid work model, blending on-site leadership with remote administrative duties. You will be responsible for managing staff, developing programming, ensuring facility safety and maintenance, and optimizing the user experience for members. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all full-time and part-time staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and market a diverse range of recreational programs and activities to meet community needs and interests.
• Oversee the daily operations of the recreation center, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all patrons.
• Manage the center's budget, including revenue generation, expense control, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with community stakeholders, members, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recreation management or facility operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with budget management, financial planning, and reporting.
