About the Role

Our client is seeking an imaginative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join their creative powerhouse in Nelspruit . This role is essential for conceptualizing and producing visually compelling assets that enhance our brand identity and marketing initiatives. You will work across a variety of mediums, from digital campaigns to print collateral, collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to bring creative visions to life. The ideal candidate possesses a strong aesthetic sense, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate complex ideas into impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, website elements, brochures, and presentations.
• Develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure design solutions meet project requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Maintain and evolve brand style guides, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
• Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a robust portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience in creating digital assets for web and social media platforms.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience in a hybrid work setting.
