Child Enrichment Program Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is searching for an innovative Child Enrichment Program Coordinator to develop and manage engaging programs for children in Nelspruit . This role involves creating stimulating activities that go beyond traditional academics, focusing on creativity, critical thinking, and overall child well-being. You will work closely with educators and parents to ensure programs are impactful and accessible, with a hybrid work model allowing for flexibility between on-site coordination and remote administrative duties. This is a unique opportunity to shape enriching experiences for children in the Mpumalanga region.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a variety of enrichment programs, including arts, crafts, music, and STEM activities.
• Coordinate program schedules, resource allocation, and logistics for both on-site and potentially online components.
• Supervise and guide instructors or facilitators involved in the enrichment programs.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and gather feedback from children, parents, and staff to ensure high quality.
• Collaborate with the childcare center management to integrate enrichment activities into the overall educational framework.

Requirements

• A qualification in Child Development , Education, or a related field.
• Experience in program development, coordination, or management, preferably with children.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of child psychology and developmental needs.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
