Key Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of therapeutic massage treatments, including deep tissue, sports, Swedish, and trigger point therapy.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of massage therapists, ensuring adherence to professional standards and techniques.
• Develop and implement new massage therapy techniques and service offerings to enhance client value.
• Manage inventory for massage oils, lotions, and other supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Maintain meticulous client records and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a Massage Therapist, with significant experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Expertise in multiple massage modalities and therapeutic techniques.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Certification and current registration with a relevant professional body.
