Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support, technical analyst, or similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with relevant software applications and database management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in the Port Elizabeth area.
