CONTACT CENTRE TEAM LEADER - SALES | CONTRACT
A leading financial services environment is looking for an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader - Sales to lead, coach and drive the performance of a high-performing sales team.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Diploma in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years' experience leading a sales team within a call centre/contact centre environment
- Proven experience managing sales targets and KPIs
- Experience in coaching, mentoring and performance management
- Strong understanding of contact centre sales processes and customer service standards
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales consultants
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Monitor team performance against agreed KPIs and sales objectives
- Coach and mentor consultants to improve sales performance
- Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate interventions
- Support the team with sales techniques, objection handling and customer engagement
- Analyse sales and performance reports and provide feedback
- Manage escalated customer queries where required
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance and operational standards
- Promote accountability, teamwork and a strong performance culture
