About the Role

Based remotely, you will work with farms near Klerksdorp and beyond, developing and advising on strategies for conservation tillage, water management, biodiversity enhancement, and organic farming methods. Your expertise will be crucial in helping producers reduce their ecological footprint while maintaining or improving productivity and profitability. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sustainable agriculture strategies tailored to diverse farming operations.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Sustainable Agriculture, Environmental Science, Agronomy, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience focused on sustainable farming practices, conservation, or organic agriculture.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective sustainability plans for agricultural settings.
• Strong knowledge of ecological principles and their application in farming.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
