About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused E-commerce Customer Service Representative to join their team in Vereeniging . Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, returns, and product information with empathy and efficiency.
• Process customer returns and exchanges accurately and according to company policy.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to the relevant teams for process improvement.
• Proactively assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience and build customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
