Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse range of roles and clients.
• Actively source and attract high-calibre candidates through various channels, including online platforms and professional networks.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and recruitment challenges.
• Conduct effective interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit.
• Negotiate employment offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to placement volume and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a hybrid working environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
