About the Role

Our client, a dynamic real estate consultancy based in Polokwane , is seeking a sharp and analytical Real Estate Market Analyst . This role is crucial for providing data-driven insights into property market trends, identifying investment opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making for clients and the firm. You will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, and reporting on market data, including sales, rentals, development pipelines, and economic factors affecting the Limpopo property sector. The ideal candidate possesses strong research skills, a keen understanding of statistical analysis, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for the Polokwane and broader regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on local and regional real estate market conditions, including supply, demand, pricing, and absorption rates.
