• Negotiate settlements with policyholders or their representatives in a fair and timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Insurance Claims Assessor or similar role.
• In-depth understanding of insurance policies, legal requirements, and claims handling procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in claims management software and standard office applications.
• Relevant certifications in insurance or claims management are advantageous.
