Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects.
• Monitor project expenditures, manage variations, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Administer contracts, including tendering, negotiation, and contract preparation.
• Value work done, certify payments, and manage final account settlements.
• Advise clients on procurement strategy, contract selection, and cost-saving measures.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector.
• Proficiency in cost estimating software and contract administration.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and market costs.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and financial management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage remote client communications effectively.
