Virtual Event Producer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and highly organized Virtual Event Producer to join their remote-first Arts & Entertainment team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing engaging virtual events, webinars, and online performances that captivate audiences globally. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in virtual event platforms, creative vision, and exceptional project management skills to ensure seamless and memorable digital experiences. You will be a key player in expanding our client's online presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of virtual event production, from initial concept and platform selection to execution and post-event analysis.
• Manage event logistics, including speaker coordination, content integration, technical setup, and attendee engagement strategies.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a cohesive and high-quality event experience.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time during live events to ensure smooth operation.
• Analyze event performance data and provide reports with actionable insights for future event optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in producing and managing virtual events, webinars, or online conferences.
• Proficiency with various virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Events, Hopin, Cvent, Bizzabo).
• Strong understanding of A/V technology, streaming protocols, and digital production workflows.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
