About the Role

Our client is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Resort Operations Supervisor to join their team in the scenic surroundings of Bloemfontein . Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily resort operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and operational procedures.
• Assist in managing front desk operations, guest check-in/check-out, and concierge services.
• Oversee the coordination of housekeeping and maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are well-kept.
• Train and guide junior staff members, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Assist in managing resort inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Requirements
