Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a polite, efficient, and professional manner.
• Set up and arrange dining areas, buffets, and service stations according to event specifications.
• Assist with replenishing food and beverage items throughout events.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the service areas during and after events.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction.
• Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events, ensuring all equipment is handled properly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
