About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and highly organized Event Planner specializing in Corporate Catering to join their team in Randburg . This role is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a wide range of corporate events, ensuring seamless service and client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into memorable culinary experiences, managing all logistical and operational aspects. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate catering events, from initial client consultation to post-event analysis.
• Develop innovative event concepts, themes, and customized menus in collaboration with clients and the culinary team.
• Source and manage vendors, venues, entertainment, and other event-related services.
• Create detailed event timelines, budgets, and logistical plans, ensuring adherence to all requirements.
• Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring flawless execution, timely service, and exceptional guest experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fostering repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in event planning , with a specific focus on corporate events and catering.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of catering operations, food and beverage trends, and venue management.
• Proficiency in event management software and standard office suites.
