Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for healthcare professionals, from initial client contact to final placement. Source candidates through a variety of channels, including professional networks, job boards, and industry events. Screen and interview candidates, assessing their qualifications, experience, and suitability for healthcare roles. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions and candidates. Understand and adhere to all relevant healthcare recruitment regulations and compliance standards. Provide market insights and recruitment solutions to healthcare clients.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment , with a focus on the healthcare sector. Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing nurses, doctors, allied health professionals, or healthcare administrators. Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its specific staffing needs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work setting, balancing office and remote responsibilities. Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus.
