Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with initial vehicle check-in procedures.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns regarding their vehicle's performance and maintenance needs.
• Accurately record customer information and service requests into the dealership's management system.
• Shadow experienced Service Advisors to learn best practices in customer communication and service consultation.
• Assist in coordinating vehicle service schedules and communicating estimated completion times.
• Learn to explain basic vehicle maintenance requirements and services to customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Eagerness to learn about the automotive industry and vehicle servicing.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to the demands of a busy workshop in Soweto.
